Contact the ISA provider and request a transfer form (can be done online with some providers).
Do not withdraw the cash and pay it in yourself as you will loose its tax free status and count towards this years limit.0 -
Why take money out of an S&S ISA only to put it in another S&S ISA?
By doing so you will use up this year's ISA allowance, which you might want to use if you came into some money unexpectedly. There are no other tax implications.
If you want a cheaper/better provider, an ISA transfer is the better option. We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
