McLaren - have you told your dentist how this makes you feel? I have a couple of friends who are exactly the same and they get a sedative to take prior to the appt. It helps them get through the appointment. Loved your pictures too. Do you do it for a living or for a hobby?

    Hi all

gertie and Karrie - I have told her how i feel about going - at first i think she thought i was using it as an excuse, as when i was younger (3, 4, 5 year old) i would go in without any problems, but i think the past few years she has got to know me more, and gotten to know my problems and i think she is starting to belive me. When i am in there, she is really kind, but its the whole aspect of going and that horrid drill that gets to me.

I dont do photography professionally, i have never done training. I couldnt go to college to do it, i would freek out completly with all those ppl about. Ive just self taught really. Well Ansel Adams done it so.... lol

mclaren, I agree with the others, if going to the dentist causes you panic attacks/asthma attacks then you should enquire about sedation.

    Did you fix your phone?

I looked on facebook earlier and came across lots of people whom I used to go to school with. They weren't particularly nice to me but I still remember them. Everyone has so many pictures on the profiles and they all look like they have had so much fun. It makes me feel quite sad tbh. Where did it all go wrong for me? I really do despise myself.

    Hi hun

I have thought about seditation and all that, but the dentist was not 100% keen on it because of my history with alergys, and asthma.

I got my phone fixed - really easy. just had to open it all up, take every single part out of it (it has about 30 parts ) and put new cable in and put it back together. Didnt take long atall :) (can build a pc blindfolded lol so this was easy for me)

As for facebook - ppl have so many pics on but why worry about them? If they were not nice to you, that means in general they are not nice people. Sure, they might have a tight cliche of friends but surely that shows you're stronger? You've not been 2 faced or stabbed ppl in theback, youve not taken the pp!ss out of people nor have you been rude, or evil. Those ppl were to you.

The people who were awful to you, prob have no job, no future and no life really. Sure, they have that small cliche of friends but what else do they have? and waht do you have...... exactly. you have alot more than them! from a good SOH to a heart.... they have none of those.

It has'nt went wrong for you - its the fact you chose to be a nice, kind friendly person compared to them - 2 faced, arragaint, ars€holes.

Don't worry about it hun - you're a better person than them ;)

I was bullied day in, day out, at school (well it happened everywhere really) but those ppl that dun it to me, have been in and out of jail, have criminal records and basicly have no lifes. I do have a life, and a future - hard when you think back to the old times but look at the bigger picture ;)

Take care hun (oooo and i can text again :D) x

slowlyfading - Good luck later on for your exam - i have my fingers crossed for ya :)

Ethel, I am glad to hear that your ankle is a little better. How did the appointment with the consultant go?

    What a naughty cat lol

Awww I'm glad to hear that your relationship with your boyfriend is improving :) maybe he's realised how lucky he is and has decided to make more of an effort :)

How are things with your daughter? Is she still in the same hospital? Are things any better?

Did you do anything nice over the bank holiday weekend?

    Hiya RBK..

I was with the consultant for two hours yesterday  it seems that protein is leaking out of my veins and into something else, forgot the word. Anyway, that makes me very slow to heal if I have a cut or anything which can be risky and make me prone to infections, sooo.... I've got to have up to a year of antibiotics and protective, constrictive bandaging  and some kind of bodysuit thing, which is being made to measure. That'll be ready in 2-3 weeks she said. On the plus side, it's like having a personalised set of magic pants so I'll look trimmer :D

The cat is like having a toddler about the place, he's into everything and he's very naughty, eats 2 weeks worth of food in a few days cos he whines at everyone, then they think he's not been fed and feed him again and is generally a pain in the bum but he is lovely so it's forgiveable, lol.

Me and b/f had a big talk a few weeks ago, and he realised that he was being very unfair to me and there's been a massive improvement, it feels like I got the man I originally met back. I just hope it stays this way now :)

Things like facebook and friendsreunited n all that are fake, people only put the good stuff on there hun, they aren't going to boast about the crap times they have are they? Don't beat yourself up over it, you're lovely and genuine and beautiful inside and out - a lot of them are not. You have nothing to despise yourself for.

Daughter has her appeal tribunal today to try and overturn her section, I'm not so sure that she's ready yet but we'll see. She's managed to convince some of the doctors that she's almost ready to be discharged and they're working towards her being out of hospital by the end of June or so... it all feels a bit rushed and a bit false really.. but we'll see what happens today.

How are you doing RBK? Are you starting to feel any better? is being back at work helping at all? I think my msn is fixed so feel free to hit me up, I should get the messages now :D same with the texts, any time you like hun xxx

Lots of love and huggs xxxxxxxxxx

My cousin who died a few weeks ago had several transplants over the years. I do understand the pain thathe will be going through, but to be possitive about it - when he had his transplants, everything was looking up, he was feeling good and everything.

Its hard to be on the waiting list - but no matter what, aslong as he is possitive, everything will be fine :)

I could'nt watch the video because i know it would make me :( (well more like cry lol but im a man so dont do that :))

Yeah i understand also as my mam had a heart transplant after years of getting weaker and weaker mostly at home but i think they brought her back to life about 5 times while she waited for the "call".Tranplant was a success but she caught another dissease in hospital during recovery and never came home, she died 3 weeks after the opp with me,my now late dad and her brother at her side. The transplant team were wonderful throughout and i think we raised about £2,500 at the time and obviously it made us totally aware of the need for donors, you never meet the donors relatives but we did write them letter of thanks which the team passed on.

-hugs- it doesn't mean you haven't had fun - and remember people only post the best times on facebook to show the world. You are you, and without the experience, you wouldn't be, if you get me?
Good luck for your exam Slowlyfading :D

Ethel, :( Poor you having to go through all that. If you have all this bandaging and wear a bodysuit does it cure what is wrong or just prevent it from getting worse?

Awww your cat sounds naughty but adorable :) What is his name? I think you've posted a pic of him before haven't you?

I am really pleased to hear that things with you and your boyfriend are good :)

With all that your daughter has been through, I agree that discharging her in June seems very early. Does she feel better in herself?

    How did the tribunal go?

I am OK. I do like being back at work, it acts as a distraction and I like helping others. I don't really feel much better tbh. At home, work and when I see my CPN/psychiatrist I put on a front and pretend that I'm OK and that everything is fine.

Glad your MSN is fixed. I will send you a msg when I see you online :)
    (((HUGS)))

slowlyfading, How did the exam go?

Katie, How are you? Good day?

I know I shouldn't get upset about stupid things like facebook but yeah I do :( I probably won't look on there again so as to avoid the upset. I think I envy what they have-friends, fun, a life. I don't have that.

I have to go on a training course tomorrow down in Brighton. I'm really not looking forward to it :( I feel sick even thinking about it. I hate these things.

:hello: to everyone else. How are you?
