It's just a number. It doesn't mean much. It doesn't define who you are. Don't let it upset you. But do think how great you will look when your new diet kicks in.
thanks. its just.. annoying if you get me?i hope i'll look great - if it works!

Yeah I know. Half the clothes in my wardrobe need me to be half a stone or more lighter :rotfl:
I just have to keep telling myself that its a number, not who I am. When I was 18 I lost lots of weight (down to 7 and a half stone), to the point that my parents were concerned and watching whether I was eating  I was weighing myself every day, obsessed with not eating any fat. Not good. It didn't make me happy. I'm 4 stone heavier than then, and sooo much happier (most of the time)
Diet should make you healthy - not skinny. If you need to lose weight to be healthier then you should, but don't starve as that's not healthy either.
And if your body is healthy, then you will look great too.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Hi, hope you are all ok. Try to relax and just have fun. Life is too short to be worried about things that are not so important, or at least that have no inmediate solution.best regards.0

IT IS THE PERSON INSIDE that matters. I was a size 10 wet through for 30 yrs and then started to suffer with an underactive thyroid and now I am 3 and a half stone heavier. Yes, I felt frumpy, embarassed (people automatically think you eat too much) but I have realised that as long as you are doing what your can (eat sensibly, exercise even if just a walk, etc. then you have to accept yourself as you are, you the person have not changed it is just the frame you are in that's changed. Remember that is what you are loved for not what you look like

TBH my sleeping has got worse, and i feel more rundown with them than i did when i did'nt BUT my mood went down when i didnt and they seem to keep it on level key atm so its a tossup of taking them and keeping mood up but feel drained or dont take them, feel good but be on the edgeNever do things tomorow when you can do them today.0
