Hi SF - Hope you are feeling ok. Me? I am !!!!!! at exams so you're a braver woman than me.

I'm okay thanks. Not been so productive as I would have liked so far today. I've tidied my room, hoovered and dusted. Also put some washing on and did my balance things for the week. BUT I haven't done any revision yet :o After the exam yesterday, all I want to do is just relax before I go onto campus at 3:30pm. But I know I have to do something. I've sorted out all my notes for the exam next wednesday so all I need to do now is actually start revising! I'm going onto campus at 3:30pm to practise with all the soloists I have the recitals with tomorrow. I'll be in a much better mood once these are out of the way I'm sure.
I also had a proper meal today for lunch, and didn't think of purging or cutting as a result. I guess that's another positive step in the right direction? I am however feeling guilty for eating so much (it was a mini quiche with salad and sweetcorn) and is about the most i eat (calorie wise) for the whole day. I'm trying to get back to eating "normally".

Awwww, I've only just seen this!

I think my interview went well. They didn't ask anything too difficult, although I did say "um" a lot. I'll hopefull hear on saturday.

Pumpkin Pie, It sounds like you need a big (((HUG))) I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling very down atm. Perhaps having missed a few days of your medication has resulted in you feeling more upset and tearful than usual.

We're all here for you hun. xxx

    Night night Tulip!

Has anyone had any experiences with CBT? I think I might be having it, but it was mentioned towards the end of my session so I wasn't concentrating properly

I've had 2 lots of CBT. I found it quite helpful at the time. It all made sense. However, applying what I had learned from my sessions to everyday life wasn't so easy and didn't really work.
