Ok - I am one sandwich short of a picnic most of the time but could you explain what you have to do. Sorry if that makes me sound ignorant.

Hi Karrie, basically i'm gonna dry out from the booze which means 3-4 days of no sleep, sweating, night terrors and the like,i've done it before so i know how to cope(just),my body is used to x amount of alcohol and takes time to adjust back,i want to quit smoking as well esp now what with the ban and all,i don't smoke much when not drinking but when i booze i chain smoke,so thats 6.30-7pm through midnite most days, hence the holiday from alcohol hopefully getting back to drinking 2 days a week at some point because i actually enjoy drinking.

i didn't spend any money, was my OH treat for all my work, well all i got was 50 pack of cd r's and some plastic sleeves (all £8's worth!), wanted some shorts but nothing matches with my rather loud Hawaiian shirt ,

well done for the 2 weeks off the fags but remember its early days but when i was on them i stayed packed up 6 months, i will struggle more giving them up rather than getting to where i want to be viz the alcohol, i would offer the reason i am someone who gets easily addicted to stuff

Sorry QB but I am going to post on the thread.

I understand that you and Ethel have fallen out. The reason, I don't know. It's none of my business.

However, you are both entitled to post on here and you are both entitled to ignore one another.

Thank you for your comments in the last paragraph. :D

This part is aimed at the rest of you, only because,as much as i want,Ethel will not accept my appologies:o
You have to remember that Ethel does NOT have to accept your appologies.

You've just made it all public again, so obviously people are going to post on the thread about it. If there are more than two people who have their comments and thoughts about a person, does that make it more true? You decide.

This thread is a valuable place for a lot of people, myself included. Please don't drag all this up again. x

QB, stop dragging this up and being nasty. This is not the place. Whatever is going on between you and Ethel, needs to be sorted elsewhere.
