No way!! Don't touch Orange with a barge pole with a rubber glove on the end!
I initially signed up with them on the 28 th Feb, 11 weeks today. My line was supposedly activated on the 2nd april. I have been constantly phoning them up every other day since then to find out why I couldn't connect, only to be fobbed off with promises of more line tests and fault repairs. When I phoned up for further results of the repairs, I was told my case had been closed and I would need further line tests.... back to square one GGRRR!!
Well, I finally extricated myself from them this afternoon, but to add insult to injury, they initially claimed I would have to pay a £50 cancellation charge. "No way," I exclaimed, "when I have had absoltely no service from you and endless inconvenience trying to get this issue resolved." So I got put thru' to a supervisor who eventually waived it.
Please, unless you really love banging your head against a brick wall, find an ISP with more reliable service and customer support. When my mobile contract's up they're gonna be losing a loyal mobile customer of several years because of this broadband fiasco.Competition wins: 09/12 bottle of cognac; 01/13 combi microwave0 -
