It really depends which park/area you are wanting. If its popular like Butlins then Im afraid it will be excluded (under T&C or full up) as most of the standard/basic accomodation is booked direct etc so it will be full. I know that most of the holidays parks along the Yorkshire coast, Haven, butlins, park resorts etc are really busy during August and its only last minute deals in expensive or bigger accomodation thats left.

Last year I got a mon-fri August break in North Wales using a priority code and booked asap. You have to be quick but its worth a try.

Does anyone know if you have to choose four different dates AND parks when booking online with a priority code for a European break?

I have a choice of parks I would be happy with but have only one date I'm able to go...

iirc you have to choose 3 of each. If you use the most popular dates as your second and third choices (school summer holidays) you should be okay with getting what you want.

Thanks for that. It's so confusing for a novice like me...

I'm just concerned as it reads like once you have put in all the choices (3 parks and 3 dates) they choose what is available and charge your credit/debit card automatically. Or maybe I'm reading the terms and conditions wrong...

Do you get to confirm the park before they take the money?

Yes, you get to confirm before they ask for the money. You can go back and change what you've put, and you only confirm a booking if it's what you want

Please can anyone tell me whether the parks in France are dog friendly? Ideally looking to go to one of the parks in Picardy Normandy in September, has anyone been to any of the parks there?
