    No, just whilst the heating is timed to be on, it's set to remain at 19. Otherwise the rest of the time it will only come on if the temp in the house drops below 15.

    Why? This is a complete waste of money, just set it to frost protect if you don't need the heating on/ are not home. When you are home wear another layer of clothing, use an electric underblanket on your bed, fleecy blanket on your sofa.
