CPW chequeback wrong name on cheque!!

I have been waiting for my last cashback cheque to arrive. A letter arrived this morning addressed to somebody else but the address details were correct. I could see that it was a cheque so I opened it thinking that perhaps they had put my cheque in and wrongly addressed the letter. Unfortunately the cheque was also addressed to somebody else. I rang carphone warehouse and explained about the cheque that I had received and wondered if perhaps the named person had received my cheque. But they said they hadnt received my claim (which I sent six weeks ago) even though I havent had problems with the previous three. He said there was another account registered at my address. I raised my concerns about this but because of data protection he wasnt able to give me much more info. He asked me to send the cheque back to them and not to worry about the mixup. What do you think? Cant help but worry.

Did you receive a text message to say CPW had received your claim and then another message to say they were going to issue payment?
