Just had a little nosey at your bungalow too. I like it and would love to get my hands on a place like that, in fact i recently offered on something similar in my area but wasn't getting anywhere with the negotiations so moved on to something else.

Is your location better than say Hockliffe ? Just wondering having seen the only other competing 3 bed bungalow in LU7

DD , advice please......where our grandma had warmfront in a couple of years back to install the boiler , they were only obliged to supply 5 radiators , good rads but the plaster where the old ones were has cracks etc and some holes

should i be filling in and sanding them down , in your opinion ?

Yes, no reason not to. Quick & easy to do. Even if you can't colour-match the paint, they'll be the tidier for it. It also smacks of care.

    Edit:
There's nothing fundamentally wrong with that bungalow. Lovely plot, good location, good structure, just needs updating from the 70's and early 80's. The photos could be a little brighter, but nothing is really going to put off a committed buyer.

Hi our location is what will set it apart , Hockliffe is ON the A5 between London and Coventry as well
Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

Nothing to add but to say I love love love the look of the bungalow - I would even keep some of the decor if I bought it (Kitchen and bedroom flooring!!)... I suspect I have rather niche taste though :rotfl:
