ISA rate now dropped, where to transfer it?

OK, my Halifax ISA dropped from 3% gross down to 0.25% today. So looking to transfer it.
It's got £500 from 2012-13 in it and I made the mistake of putting £200 in it for 2013-14 and intend to deposit at least another £200 per month into it.
Any advice on where to transfer it to please and somewhere preferably I can open the account online and use the account online.
Thanks
