Orange - charging for SMS 'delivery receipts'

Hi
I checked my bill online yesterday and noticed that I have been charged 1p fro each SMS delivery receipt for text messages sent. This never used to be chargeable and I don't remember being notified.
I would have noticed it before, but Orange now charge for itemised billing by post.
I have now stopped delivery receipts on my phone.

This started when the animal tariffs were introduced but it does not apply to all Orange tariffs. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

What about listening to answer phone messages, I have been told conflicting info from Orange CS, 1 rep told me I have to pay and another told me they were free. I am on Canary 300

I found out about the delivery charges when I got my new contract. Used to use the RCT prefix for delivery reports - this doesn't seem to work now though0
