buying software on ebay

Don't know how much you are prepared to spend but when I wanted photoshop, illustrator and dreamweaver, it worked out cheaper to buy a second hand computer from ebay, that already had them installed than it was to buy the software, even off ebay.
Computer and software work fine and by the time I want to upgrade it will probably still be cheaper to buy another 'puter.0 -
I bought a legitimate boxed copy of Adobe PhotoShop v2 for £5 at a car boot sale. It had never been registered so I registered it with Adobe in my name. I used it to upgrade to CS2. Cheapest way to buy the latest version.
Many companies that go out of business also dump their software for pennies on the pound... but you probably need a certificate of transfer if it's been registered.
Hope this saves someone some money! :-)"Money is truthful. If a person speaks of their honour, make sure they pay in cash."0 -
i use pirated software on a daily basis, fcp, after effetcs, th whole adobe suite, flash and dreamweaver. spend a few hrs downloading it, then crack it, updates dont matter, you can still download them. dont buy it, just get it yourself if you have broadband. prefereably off a torrent as limewire and the like will be full of bugs(if your on pc, not mac)0
