The Joke that is Ryanair

Hi
So sorry if this is somewhere in the forum already but i have spent hours looking.
We recently had a holiday completely ruined due to the incompetence that is Ryanair. Its a long story but i wont bore you too much. Basically we had a 19 hour delay and was left to fend for ourselves and get our own accomodation etc.
We have wrote a very lenghy complaint letter to them and followed the procedure stated. We sent this to the address that was given to us. The Swords one. We got a proof of postage as the recorded was £7 and they have had enough of my money. I was told they had a duty to at least acknowledge within 14 days. This was now nearly a month ago. I contacted them via their contact page and was told to fax. However the fax machine does not work. and on looking on google this seems to be a known fact. Is there any other way i can contact them??
This airline is a complete joke!!!!!
