    Sorry:o I thought GPs did countersign the forms but maybe too busy these days. Do you know any teachers as friends? What about the nurse at your surgery? Just trying to help.

    no worries sorry if i was short was just worrying.
    its sorted and on its way. only thing lady mentioned was maybe needing parents birth certificates but form says you dont. so hopefully not
