Ah, buy now pay it later with Woolworths, it's all cocked up

I had some furniture on this, believing it to finish this month (with a sum due to pay). I've had a call from Woolworths, it's apparently late (was due 31st March not 31st April according to them) and they've added on £165 of fees and charges. As I haven't received a statement in the last month I was entirely unaware this was happening. In hindsight I know I have to take some responsibility as I should have chased up an absentee statement, it wasn't that I was thinking no news is good news, I was just still waiting for it ( and two amazon parcels that haven't arrived in the last month, amongst god knows what else.)

Is there anything I can do?? I have the money ready for the original final payment, but I don't have this extra amount and I can't afford it either. I spoke to a man who told me he'd pass me through to the right department and wipe the fees and charges, the second department told me essentially they'd send me a reprint of the statement, and tough I still had to pay them. They've said the only people who can discuss the charges are the CCA team, who I can't contact, and who they can ask to contact me (at their leisure, I assume, while fees go up). I've asked for a manager to phone me back, is there any chance of this being rectified?
