Just some information on tracking ISF to Italy.
The RM tracking now tells you when the item has arrived in Italy (Milan), and when it's been delivered (in Italy, doesn't state the location).

Tracking works really well on the italian Poste Italiane website, and it's very reliable, but it's hard to translate using google, and paypal don't look at it.
(sorry if info has been given before, I don't follow these boards as regularly as I used to).

I did a bit of research and discovered it is completely safe and secure to accept a bank transfer from overseas. It's like a BACS transfer and can't be recalled after it has credited the account. I would never send a payment this way myself though.

I am sending it via Courier (TNT) so it's tracked and insured.

It makes sense that the buyer in Italy is desperate for this item. It's a medical grade infant wedge for treating GERD/aspiration etc.
