Netflights Florida car hire.

I recently booked 3 weeks car hire from Miami Airport, the booking was for Alamo through Netflights. The booking was completed and a confirmation notice and the car hire voucher was emailed to me. The payment was accepted on my credit card and I thought everything was ok.
2 days after booking i received an email from Netflights saying they could not honour the price for the car rental as "an error had occured on their website during the booking". They have offered a refund or if we want to keep the booking it will cost nearly £370 more. Is there anything I can do or will I have to accept the refund or increase? Thanks for any help.

I would get quotes and see if the increase is reasonable. If it isn't cancel it and book it separately. You could try arguing it, but I don't think they will honour it (hire companies haven't with me in the past). When I've hired from Alamo in the past for 3 weeks it ranges from £350-500 (depending on your age and if you're dropping off the car somewhere else). Also just a heads up Florida have brought in a new law that states that non US citizens must have an international licence to drive there now. Just that state. Hope you get it sorted and have a lovely holiday :)

This has been repealed. An IDL is NOT required by a a driver holding a GB driving licence.

Sorry you're right, didn't realise they overturned it a week ago (typical now I've been!)
