How did you get it to offer reg fares - I only get the option of web fares
Start from the main page, then click the Free flights banner, then go down to the bottom and click on your local airport and you should get the basic details coming up in the search box at the top left of the page.

Make sure you're searching the right days/dates - the T&Cs say it's Mon - Thurs only.

All I got from the above was reg fares!

Though no-one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.

Thanks OP ..... O/H and I have laughed our rears off ..... 8p return to Dublin for 4 of us on my birthday!! £5.68 total with payment card charges .... although it did not state this in the online confirmation or the email confirmation

Now .... if anyone is feeling the need ... you can PM me tips on where to go or what to do there ..... we are just going for the day. TIA :)
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!
    :j :rotfl: :j
  • why not book again? youve only lost 4p

If it were only 4p don't you think I'd have just kept on trying until I managed to get confirmation? ;)

Alas, they want to take luggage with them so it would've been £20.04 a try.

FWIW there's an MSE thread on this runtime error problem located here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=4428908

I'm gonna wait until morning to try to book again, hopefully we won't be charged twice. I guess I could book them without luggage to be on the safe side, but maybe that's not a good idea either!

does anyone know if it matters if you don't turn up? Will there be an additional charge? Can't see anything in their terms and conditions about this . I'm not intending to miss the flights but it would be reassuring to know that they don't charge a bomb if i do!
  • They won't (and can't) charge you for not showing up - why would they?

Hi sorry for sounding thick but could someone explain their baggage terms and conditions.

I have 6 people travelling 4 adults and 2 kids. If I took 3 small suitcases what would I b charged?

    Thanks

Best you use MSE flight checker, you can search by a date range, so you can actually see the days on which the 1p flights are available, I did the same, it worked brilliant, HTH someone

You would be charged £10 each way for each item of baggage you checked in (£5 if you list them online with your booking). However, each passenger may carry 1 item of hand luggage measuring 55x40x20cm or below - more or less the smallest suitcase available, measure your bags to see if they fit. If they do, you can rely on hand luggage only, saving you time on disembarking and obviously saving you money.
