A minor correction - you either have a totally made up name and address or that of an unsuspecting innocent third party.

However apparently the bank have frozen their account as they need to investigate where this money is come from and what is is for. Ok fair enough.

Lets hope there account was being investigated before your money could be syphoned off. Could be a glimmer of hope there I guess.

That sounds more like a delaying tactic from the scammer. Probably not being investigated at all. This is a well known scam, you're unlikely to see your money again.

Yeah it is famously in forums up and down the web and usa etc in fact that is prob where it was run from here is an example of the scam, just google the keywords such as scam, using my own ebay account, 3rd party seller ebay scam ETC!

OP, have you tried the tracking numbers you have with FedEx etc? Just out of interest, to see what they put in those cases!

Geministar, was that information about the account being frozen from your bank or from the scammer?

from the scammer, i also hd an email forwarded to me from the scammer from their banking stating the account has been closed and all original payments will be returned to the original sender. I do not believe this. But its all more evidence for the case.
I reported it to the police last week. Who are now dealing with it, the job advert is still live and i did it for all of a few hours before deciding it wasnt for me, stupidly by then it was too late. Ebay and paypal are in fact being helpful. The job was supposed to be paid fortnightly not for vast sums either! however as i only did it for a few hours and removed the listings i didnt recieve anything and wouldnt want any fee now anyway. I would like to add i am mentally ill and on vast medication i was just trying to sort myself out- stupid mistake that has cost me greatly in terms of health and finance.

I have been told this happens to 1 in 54 people at anyone time, so i am not the only stupid person on the planet.
