ISA Transfer Help Needed

Got around £11,200 that I need to transfer from 2011-2012 & 2012-2013 ISA.

I'd prefer to have access online as opposed to the post only access that Cheshire are offering.

1 year term also if possible.

Any suggestions as to where would be best to invest?

Santander Direct ISA (Issue 2) which only pays 2% is operated online and seems to be the only one you can operate online and transfer in previous years isas as of today. See the following points on their website:-

    The benefits:
Minimum opening deposit of £2,500. Save up to the annual cash ISA limit. You can open the account with a zero balance if you are transferring in existing cash ISAs (min £2,500).
Pays 2.00% AER tax free (variable) for the first 12 months.
Thereafter earn a variable rate, currently paying from 0.50% AER tax free.
Transfer in your existing cash ISAs.

You don't say who you bank with Nationwide have one paying 2.25% if you have a current account with them.

You won't get the best interest rate at Halifax, but since you are tempted, why not go for it.

Why not stay with Santander and take the 3% 123 ISA you would also need a 123 a/c or credit card but they are good deals.
