Jamaica 2007

Options
Hi all,

I'm new to this Forum and need advice on claiming for a Holiday to Jamaica in Oct 2007 to Jamaica. As I recall it was then with Airtours which no longer exists and I have no tickets or boarding cards, however the dates in my passport show when I went?

The flight was Delayed overnight to which we were put up in a hotel and was then also diverted the next day via Canada, we then had to do an overnight in Canada meaning another days delay.

Anyone remembering this flight or details it would be appreciated, or advice on where to start this procedure.

You may have to do a bit of digging on this one. For a start Airtours became MyTravel which was eventually taken over by Thomas Cook. If you use the Flightstats website and put details of your route in and date of travel you may be able to find the details. You will have to be quick though because the deadline for taking cases to court is 6 years.
  • Hi Shunter, Yes you are correct this is taking some digging. Im trying the Flight stat website but not getting far. Ill keep looking though, thanx.
