    yes I can tell you I had the request declined out of spite and I felt annoyed at the time as I knew it was impossible to post the thing to them, cos they had not paid but after a cancellation request gets declined, I am pretty sure I realised that ebay make it so you can't even seem to open an UPI for payment or do anything further and notes say "case is closed seller declined the request" PLUS they are still allowed to rate the sale as negative ! Even after a successfully cancelled sale the option seems to stay on a buyers side to leave a neg as if losing your FVfee wasnt bad enough they trash your feedback score even though they didnt even buy the thing!
