Flight Delay and connection missed

Hi All

Wondering if you guys can help me. I had booked a flight from Delhi to London( LHR) in 2009 via Vienna. We were over 5 hours late from Delhi so I missed my connection to London. In the end I was sent on a plane to a differenet London airport than what I had booked for because they had no flights going to LHR. Should I go for two different claims or can I do all this in one claim form?

Please advise.

whether you have any claim will depend on the Airline concerned and the reason for the delay

Unless your flight was on Austrian Airlines, it looks as though your flights were on an non EU airline in which case EU261 does not apply at all

Thanks Caz, but should I go for two separate claims or just one? i mean one for the delay and the other for the missed connection and then being diverted to another airport.

Not sure but I think that you can only make one claim as it was on one ticket and is based on your arrival at your final planned destination
