Hi looking for some advice,
I am sure I read a post in a thread that someone had put papers into a Scottish court re flight delays I cant find it now. I need advice about doing this. United Airlines have an office in England but their main office only has a po box number in America. So do I go the EU route, the Scottish courts or do I have to use an English court. Any advice would be grateful.
