Barclaycard OnePulse Money transfer

I received a letter from Barclays today offering me a money transfer from my card as cash into my bank account. The fee is 6.9% per month for a one off handling fee of 0.9 %.
I just wanted to know if this was as good a deal as it appears.
I can get £3752 plus a fee of £33.77, paying approx £22 interest a month at first and i dont have to pay it off until 1st April 2016!
I have until the 31st April to make a decision so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
I currently owe £1000 on a 0% deal until June 2014 on the same card which I pay £100 a month on.
