same thing happen me in january, tribunal sent emp to my home, she was registered med practitioner, she noted everything down that i said and observed to be honoust thaught yes she listens and understands my problems, went from no dla to high m and medium c when she summited her findings,0

My problems are mainly mental health so would have thought a Psychiatrist or at least their foot soldiers Psychiatric nurse would be sent. Would be ideal.
A well lets see if this Atos doc places me under section, their is a chance with what I will be saying. He has no idea my case so be interesting to see what he/she does as they have a duty of care.0 -
EMP can also mean emergency medical practioner eg paramedic although in your case its most likely to be examining medical practioner. On reports I deal with at work coming from a hospital though those abreviations usually mean emergency medical practioner.0
