Been told today at tribunal I will have a doc call on me at home to undergo a medical.

The interview I had at home for DLA by a EMP employed through ATOS for the tribunal was done competently, and the report was as accurate as one could reasonably expect.

So goes against what the govt are saying re clamping down on benefit cheats. I could say anything and this Doc will not have a clue what my Psychiatrist has said. Mental!

Could also be a Nurse or Physiotherapist.

I had a Nurse last week and I agree it does come down to whether they believe you or not and whether they wish to disregard any supporting evidence you may have (consultant reports etc).

Think this is for a DLA claim? Do they use nurses and physiotherapists to carry out home DLA medicals ?.
