Nationwide Web ISA Issue 3, 2.25% for 10,000+allow transfer in

I wonder why this ISA has not been mentioned since it was launched April 2nd. 2013.

Nationwide Web ISA Issue 3, 2.25%

It is future container if you are currently holding Fl exclusive ISA 4.25% and want to top it up with this year new subscription so you will have over 10,000+ to earn interest of 2.25%.

- It is a substitute for Leeds BS online ISA 2.55%, I understand it is now closed.
- Much eaier to move when your Flexclusive ISA 4.25% is maturing on October 31, 2013.

I think I have seen it discussed - it might be a 'best buy' come October but it isn't right now, and it sounds a lot of faffing about to open it because it seems you need to somehow get £1K in (and out again) before October.

Where does it say that, from what I read you are able to just move the Flexclusive to it once the rate drops (assuming it's still open for applications)

I opened one by transfering a fixed rate account that matured on 6 April.

I paid this years allowance into my 3.1% Online Saver Issue 4 for now.
