    Nearly all insurers put their policy documents online even if you can only buy them through a broker.

    This means if you have lost your current ones, you can google and find them.

    In my case because I work from home sometimes I needed to check I was covered properly before I brought a policy, and as some of the policy summaries didn't provide enough information I googled to find them. :D
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

    (If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)

    yeah, exactly because I went though all the policy wording in detail but there is no explanation of that.

    I received below reply in regards to that:
    Please note in relation to online surveys or mystery shopping, this doesn't need to be disclosed. When we ask the question "is your home used for business purposes?" it is to ascertain if any stock is held on the property or staff / customers coming onto the property.

    That solves all my questions. Thank you to you all.
