Brief visit 'cos it's my birthday:j:j:j so I'm NOT flying today!!!

Today I have caught up with paper work and 'office' type jobs, made several important phone calls I'd been procrastinating about, cleared my desk (gosh it's actually made of wood!? not paper piles) folded washing and passed it to OH who has ironed and been out for tea with a friend.

Oh I have also finished (almost) sorting out my project 333 wardrobe! Going to start a blog me thinks about that!!:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MSGNOMEY! :bdaycake:Hope you've had a lovely day so far.

Your hall looks beautiful Bossymoo - I'm always too scared to attempt stripes - I'd only get them wonky!

Sorry you're having problems too LW - my SIL and I (who I work with) always say that if they were a supplier you'd just refuse to work with them as the service is that bad. Unfortunately as it's government you are forced to put up with the hassles.:(

DD1 out for tea with a friend, DD1 having a chill out and watching Peppa pig, pizza dough rising for tea so I'm sneaking off for a quick bath as I'm out with the girls later on.

Macpep I bought DH a tassimo machine half priced a few weeks ago and in the box there was an offer if you registered (needed machine serial number)on line they emailed a £20 code. I ordered mine Monday or Tuesday and it arrived today from the NLs. Brilliant service.

Dinner prep done kids dinner in oven.

When I got mine, I too registered online but I just got a free pack of pods ah well :(

    Hey!

So I'm done for tonight. All the walls have had a second coat, and we'll see how they look in the morning. Hopefully, all I need to do now is finish the little bit of woodwork up the stairs, and then just my stripes!

So I may go purchase my mirror tomorrow! And go see the flooring people! :T

Am so tired its untrue. Got a cuppa, then I will go take my battered nail polish off, and have a soak in the bath.

    Have a nice evening, all

Me & DH done our main wall in the LR stripes, took us all weekend & I love it, its quite bold but so many people have thought it was wallpaper, I couldnt get wallpaper in the colours I wantted hence the reason we painted. We had done stripes las time we were decorating on the other 3 LR walls but only done 3. Good luck, I look forward to seeing them, I tried to post a picture on mine but think I need to do it from home

Sadly not I'm afraid as it might identify me, it's a specialist role. It's not MI5 though or anything that exciting :rotfl:

Thank you for your good wishes
