As you dont tell us what network your on, and where you are ringing its hard to suggest anything.

these are NOT alternatives!
You get charged for them, they do not come out of the inclusive minutes.
And you can get better rates with Dialaround 0844 numbers instead of the suggested 'alternatives!'.
