It looks like the OP presentlly keeps a good set of books and knows how to present them. Changing to a computer programme system needs a lot of thought as it could be a lot slower than your present system if you chose inadvisably.
Yes there are people who think that keeping handwritten books are out of the Ark, but few accounatants, solicitors, bank managers will tell you that.0 -
I will say form the sound of it, it does seem a simple single sheet spreadsheet is all that is needed, maybe branch out and have different tabs for different years.
I do know there is great little all singing all dancing programs, yes they can simplify the tasks they do, but if its adds loads of tasks you don't need/use it actually makes things more complicated.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
