I don't think you understand the situation I am in.

I will explain in more detail when I have time.

The situation would have to be entirely different from that which you have described in order to entitle you to a free wardrobe and a refund.

Sometimes on this board, we will get people who think they're entitled to more than they are, this is what consumer wants vs consumer rights is. Consumer rights is what you are legally entitled to (or may be entitled to) by law. Consumer whats is something you want but are not legally entitled to.

Your request for a new wardrobe is a "want" and not a right. You have no entitlement to a free wardrobe and a refund.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

I was asked what I want so that's why I said what I want.

I am very aware of what consumer rights mean.

Because you're not looking for advice, you're after something for nothing, which is something you are not entitled to.

If you read my very first post you would see that I am seeking advice on what rights I have.

So why should I have to to pay for something I already had.

Why should they have to pay for something you threw away?

I'm sorry but it works both ways.

And you have been given that advice, haven't you?

What more do you want, apart from a free wardrobe?

And if you read everyone else's posts you'll see you have no rights to a free wardrobe.
