I need help, purchase from Ikea

Hello everyone, I need some advice.
I have been treated so badly from Ikea.
Long story short, I brought a new wardrobe from Ikea they didn't have the doors in stock and was advised to buy the wardrobe and come back in a week when the doors came in stock. After a week found out they have now been discontinued.
Ikea arranged to pick the wardrobe and refund it for me, but failed to turn up, I went to Ikea again and they arranged a pick up straight away!!
However I am now left without a wardrobe and the only wardrobes they have in stock is what I had already. Which I threw away because I thought I had a new wardrobe
What rights do I have ? Please help
Thank you

You are entitled to be in the same position as before. ie a full refund and for them to collect.
What are you looking for? You aren't entitled to anything because you are without a wardrobe as it was your decision to throw away the old ones. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
I would like to have a wardrobe at least, as I do not have one now.
If I purchase a new wardrobe from them again it would be the same size as my original one. So why should I have to to pay for something I already had. :mad:0 -
Ikea sell many wardrobes, if none suit you I don't know what you expect Ikea to do. Try getting them elsewhere.0

Take your refund and buy else where?0

I would like them to give me a wardrobe, that's what I would like.0

You want them to GIVE you a wardrobe? Or do you want to buy one from them?
If it's the former, then there is no chance. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
Ah, you want a free wardrobe? Try freecycle or freegle for that.0

Yes I would like them to GIVE me one, why should I have to pay for one that I already had.
I had to chase them for the stock, refund and collection.
The service has been terrible. I have never experienced anything like this before.0 -

This is a consumer rights board not a consumer wants board, I think you're going to be disappointed.0
