After seeing the price rises again on here, and bnoting that the mo's are allowed to in most cases...my point is a bit diferent due to tariff.

I was on orange ED50. that is 50p a day. hence the name of the tarif.
ora upped the price and would not have a bar of the price should not go up as its the name of the contract.

anyone with me still.
I feel that due to the tarrif type in question ed50, the rise should not be allowed.

any thoughts?

In other names it's the monthly price instead of daily. How is this different?

I disagree, ED50 was 50 minutes everyday, hence the name of the tariff, I was paying £5 per month for it, when I was on Orange.
