Thomson delay

We were delayed when flying from Gatwick on 31 march 2013. Our flight no tom4724 to Turin was due to take off at 06:10. On arriving at Gatwick at 04:00 hrs, we were told that the flight time had changed to 09:50hrs. Everyone checking in had not been made aware of this change; everyone was pretty annoyed especially as the clocks had gone forward meaning another hours sleep had been lost. We were given a £3 food and drink voucher, try buying much for £3 at Gatwick! Do we have grounds for a claim? The holiday package was booked through Crystal Holidays, part of the same group of course. If we have a claim, do we claim against Crystal or go straight for Thomson?

Thomson (so place on that thread) however arrival time is the important factor ie what period of time were you delayed in reaching destination + advise the reasons for the delay.
