  • I tried to get my ID validated today, what a carry on, the woman seemed not to know what I was talking about, and tried to make me an appointment for some reason. I said No, I've already opened one, I just want to get the ID validated. It was sorted in the end, hopefully!

Opened one of these Saturday. Ticked the box to have the application posted to me and have received the email.....But no post.....

Stuck in the bin most likely now.

This is on their website so you will be okay if you have an account number.
The Online Bonus ISA is no longer available online or through any other channels. Customers who have applied online and received an account number can be assured that their application has been accepted.

Can't you log in and check the email they sent me does confirm opening of the account

Good you will be okay then. Just hope they will still allow us to transfer in later in the year.

Yes sure. They can close the account for transfers in, anytime they like.

Can you still fund the account to the max limit for year 5760 at a later date even if they close it to transfers in?
  • I hope so!, I can only get access to funds to put into the ISA in July.

I hope so too, and I also hope they won't put a stop to transfers in. However, the T&Cs would allow them to do so.
