Santander Major ISA 2 Year Fixed

Hi all
I signed up for the Santander Major ISA 2 Year Fixed at 4% (now 4.1% due to the golf) towards the end of the 2011/2012 tax year. On the 6/04/2012 I transferred the full amount for the 2012/2013 tax year into the account.
I have now attempted to transfer the full amount for the 2013/2014 tax year into the account but it fails. The account does list that I have £5760 in contributions remaining for this new tax year.
Is it right that I am not able to transfer into this for the new tax year? I cant recall the terms when I signed up so hopefully someone else who has this same account can advise. I may have to open a new cash ISA in that case and transfer this years allowance into that.
Thanks in advance

It's a two year 'fixed rate/term' account. So no, you cannot add to it.
It did make it clear, I know, as I also have this account.
You can open a new one this year but of course, you will not get 4.1%.0 -
Thanks for the info. I will apply for another ISA.0

Just to confirm, I phoned them and they said you could only pay into the account within 14 days of opening it.Not even wrong0
