Not that I understand how looking online "might mean" you are in credit by £300? Surely it either it says you are or it doesn't?
I look at my credit report every month (http://noddle.co.uk).
On Ee-T-Mobile for October 2013 it now says -300!
I'm kinda worried to be honest...0 -
Where do i stand on a cancelled v58 contract with a CISAS win but no resolution or money because of T-Mobiles incompetence, past the date they should have payed me, no contact from them??0

In a great position!
Until they issue a PAC you can use the phone - whilst they will bill you each month eventually they will need to backdate the refund so the longer they take the better for you!
For me they left it until the last day. I had fully intended to just inform Ofcom (once a month) that TM "Have still not complied with the CISAS decision" I had no intention of contacting TM as there was no obligation in the ruling that I had to do anything more for them to fulfil their legal obligations!0 -
T-Mobile won't tell me what bloody contract I'm on ; refusing to answer my tweets despite them constantly replying for me to confirm my details then BOOM ; No further replies!Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270

Are any of you in areas where 4G was introduced. My T-Mobile contract increased earlier in the year, following which they then reduced the 3G network in the cities where they had rolled out 4G.
Brilliant move if you are on a 4G contract, but not if you are on 3G. I ended up with no phone signal or data signal anywhere. So paying more for a contract I cant use. There have been similar reports in other areas of the country where 4G has been rolled out0 -
T-Mobile sent me the following link via Twitter ;
http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/terms-and-conditions/terms/
Seems that would be confirmation I'm on V59. What are my steps now?Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270 -
Tricky.
I would say send the email off, but as they have not written to yet maybe leave it for a week. If they do not write by then, then send the email and quote the MSE news article and say you are assuming that your notification has been lost in the post.0 -

I've covered a lot of ground in the course of my dealings with TM and Ofcom over the last few months - you may find the below useful - good luck.
TM have a clause (V59) Section 3.1where they reserve the right to ..."reposition/decommission base stations", and this is effectively what they have done, but this clause is NOT enforceable as per the OFT guidance on UTCCRs
Group 3: Binding consumers while allowing the supplier to provide no service15 paragraph 1(c) of Schedule 2
Schedule 2, paragraph 1, states that terms may be unfair if they have the object or effect of:
(c) making an agreement binding on the consumer whereas provision of services by the seller or supplier is subject to a condition whose realisation depends on his own will alone.
So if you can prove that when you entered the contract you had a good service, and now you don't due to the 4G switch then you should be granted a penalty free termination! - they will make you FIGHT it!!!

Read the article - Ofcom are aware (they will do NOTHING) so take the advice is the article and go to CISAS.0 -

Will do!
My bill gets generated on the 7th of each month ; so surely the 7th December will show the price rise? Surely they cannot do that as I've not had the notification (although they'll say they have!)Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270 -
Hi,looking for help on this please, i recieved this text from TM. My contract was taken out on 28/12/12, am i able to cancel my 2 yr contract(13 months left)

We told you about a price increase to your monthly T-Mobile plan in April 2013, which will take effect this month. We've changed the way we calculated the increase which means we're reducing it by 0.1%, so you'll see a small saving on your bill from Nov onwards. See http://www.t-mobile.co.uk0
