This is the 4th time I am asking for help & you never get back to me. Am very disappointed with Vodafone :(

Don't think I care to renew my 2 contracts with Voda come next Feb. I shall go to Virgin Media my broadband & phone provider even though their call center is not in UK at least they contacted me to help me with my queries no matter how small it is.

Just search the board and contact them yourself like they advise in numerous places here. As simple as that.

Normally you have to post your problem here first and send them a link, but I don't think that this is necessary.

They did get back to you as in .....http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=59818261&postcount=12

    Hi Dr.Who-Who,

Thanks for making me aware of your concerns.

From the looks of it Silk has managed to clear things up for you but in the event you'd like me to double check your account could you mail me with your details via the link in our profile here?

"Dr." seems to have numerous problems with Voda and to believe that their reps have no more important things to do than keep checking old threads with settled problems.

Lee I need to speak to you via email. I have 2 accounts relating to Vodafone cashback. Top cash back is saying that they :-

Quote : simply have to wait until the merchant and affiliate network have manually reviewed your claim and advised us of the appropriate action (which will hopefully be to pay cashback). As you can imagine, some merchants are better at this than others and although most reply within set time limits - some can take several months to respond. unquote.

Is that your department? You have done/sorted one for me last year. This year I applied 2 accounts on behalf of my children. And both accounts are not tracked:(:(

Both saying waiting for merchant/ affiliate network to respond :(:(
In the very same thread just two post earlier Lee explained the OP how to contact him with a link, but for some reason "Dr." needs a personal invitation.

Thank you Silk, but the above link was an old enquiry;) My new enquiry was the cashback:cool:

@ Grumbler : It would be nice if they send me a personal invitation as that would get the matter resolve in an instant, but alas like everybody else I have to wait in a Q:rotfl:and thats why I opened a new thread as quoted by yourself above to make it easier for them to reply back to me :p

Oh I would love to message them personally but the problem is I couldn't find their "post a message" on their own profile. And I have forgotten how to contact them via their "link" thats why I have to post my enquiry on MSE.

Also in order to contact Lee/etc they will have to give me a code reference are they not?

To enable me to get matters looked into could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
    ...

To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line

No, they are not. You get a reference after sending a e-mail via the online form. Then...
....once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
So, ifrolleyes.gif you bother to read this thoroughly, you'll see that the procedure is absolutely the same for everyone and no personal invitation is needed at this stage.

If your problem is with cashback as you say, its' nothing to do with Vodafone anyway - which you would know IF you knew what you were doing.

Well, it's primitive TCB cashback that ultimately depends on TCB receiving money (some confirmation first) from Vodafone. So it does have something to do with Vodafone and there is no anything special for the OP to know about this except the general "it's never guaranteed".

True. Depends what sort of cashback he's referring to, of course.
