Orange charging me for MMS' I couldn't send.
Options
Again, this is still happening even though I was told by a customer adviser that I hadn't been charged.
I have been experiencing failed MMS messages sent due to "incorrect server response" but the trouble is I am being charged for these messages even though they are not sent. I was told I wasn't being charged by an adviser but I can assure you I was and still am. Today 15th May I tried again to send another with the same failed attempt. Before I sent it I had £7.51 in my account (pay as you go) after I had £6.99 which is 100% proof I WAS charged. I feel an injustice here as I have previously lost around £10 worth of credit due to not realising I was being charged everytime I attempted to send an MMS.
Has anyone else had this experience with Orange? and if they are saying I am not being charged (which is a lie) what can I do to prove it?

If your being charged it will be showing on the network, so orange will be able to see them, the only time you get charged is when it leaves your phone and hits the sending network,
Not sure whether orange has real time billing so the balance may not be totally accurate if they don`t, and using this method as proof that you are being charged for failed messages may not be accurate,
I would personally give them a call and ask them to run through the last couple of days usage, have a pen and paper handy so you can keep a note of the items and this should show if you are being charged for failed messages0
