Withdraw sky cancellation

Options
Hi

I have called Sky to cancel to save myself about £70 a month but I think I may get in the neck from the Mrs when the tv goes off.

As I have given one month notice, can I withdraw the notice within the one month period and just carry on, or is it just a case of the cancellation is in so thats it?

The TV won't go off, you'll continue to receive the channel list at Freesat from Sky. You'll no longer be able to record or playback items already recorded.

Leave it until the day it is due to go off and call to speak to the retention department to see of they can negotiate any deal for you as £70 is a lot per month - have a list of any changes you may want to make and let them know at the start - nail biting I know but hopefully they'll offer you a deal - they can put it straight back on and you won't have lost any of the programmes you have saved on the sky+ box.
