:money::mad: I have already written 3 times, each time asking for different information. Last response saying due to flight safety shortcoming they do not have to pay out. This means a clause caused by extraordinary circumstances means they do not have to pay under regulation 261/2004. Maybe I am wrong but is this a 'stalling' tactic or can I complain elsewhere.
