in Flight delay compensation
:money::mad: I have already written 3 times, each time asking for different information. Last response saying due to flight safety shortcoming they do not have to pay out. This means a clause caused by extraordinary circumstances means they do not have to pay under regulation 261/2004. Maybe I am wrong but is this a 'stalling' tactic or can I complain elsewhere.

    I have now complained to CAA but I need to send copies of all correspondence. Will post updates as they occur.:(:(

    We look forward to hearing how you get on, in about 6 months time. Ive seen no evidence that the CAA have been helpful to anyone. Has anyone else?
