Tesco's Clubcard credit card and mistreatment advice wanted please.

  • Was it a fee, was it a fraudulent transaction, that initially caused this issue.

    As per the previous posts the FSA will not give advise on the CCA, as that is for a legal professional or financial advisor to do so, the FSA aren't licensed to give financial advice.

    Tesco Bank have more than 3 million customers on their credit card books, now, if they are making mistakes and rooking customers like this, then why has it not been made public?

    More information is required on the subject from the poster, as we cannot give advice/pointers, seems although someone is just having a rant.

    They will not freeze a account. If they do you will not be able to use it.
    You need to complain and when its resolved, then if you win they will refund the interest.

    You raise a complaint with your card provider. They have 8 weeks to resolve it to YOUR satifaction. If they do not.
    Then it gets taken to FOS who will judge the case.
    Ponder on this though, It costs them £750 for every case that gets to FOS ;)

    Does not matter how hard they fight over it. If you are not happy they cannot close it down.

    I wonder if at some point either you have failed to clear the full balance or there has been a cash based transaction. Remember gambling counts as cash.
