Can anyone advise me on this one !
This goes back to 08/2005 but it was a huge delay 34 hours ! i got nothing at the time and have just received a letter from them regarding my claim.They say that legislation onlyallows historical claims up to six years old and after that date to meet the criteria the customer must have made a claim in the small claims court within that period ?
I had no idea i could claim in this way at the time is this a fob off !!!

Should have read FAQ's but to save you I'm afraid you have no chance/no fob off.0
