Morrisons Sun Lotion

I used to work as the sunshop person in the well known health and beauty chain you might wear on your feet. Definitely always buy own brand, there is no difference in the protective qualities of the vast majority of brands. The only real difference is P10/P20, which use different ingredients, and those for sensitive skin (and babies and children) will use UV reflectors (eg titanium dioxide) rather than the chemical absorbers. If you don't like the texture of the lotions, give the clear ones a go, they are less sticky but can be greasy, they're generally a good idea for men though, as easier to apply on hairy legs and thinning hair! In terms of amounts needed, it's roughly one £2 coin sized blob per arm of the average adult, double this for legs and work on the same basis for the rest of your body. If you were needing to do whole body coverage, the standard 200ml bottle of suncream should only provide SIX applications. If you buy 50SPF and apply half as much, you only get half the SPF, which is why people burn even with the high factors. In the same vein, if you don't apply it often enough, the SPF wears off AND always use the bottle within the time indicated on the bottle (see open jar symbol) as after that the SPF cannot be guaranteed.
I am such a sun cream nerd.0
