, Do they charge an installation fee for new customers with an existing landline, as looking at BTs offers i see they do. My head is pounding trying to figure out what to do re the o2 takeover; but i like the idea of the Youview box free. and TalkTalk seem to come out cheapest, but i'm hearing bad things re them and Plusnet. Such a shame o2 sold out as i have never had a problem with them previously

I guess i misunderstood. Are they not being taken over immediately? When they do how does this impact on long term customers?GC 2026 Jan £213.45/180 Feb £78.61/£120(includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Two person vegan household, with occasional visitors)Join me on the meal plan thread : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6356309/could-we-start-a-meal-plan-thread-again-so-its-not-lost-in-the-gc/p1Forever learning the art of frugality0

No, it could be months before Sky take over, assuming it passes the regulators first. Therwe will be no immediatechange for existing 02 customers.
You won't be able to go direct from 02 LLU to TT LLU direct anyway, so I'd grab your 12m free broadband and sit it out.No free lunch, and no free laptop
