phone2u direct problem..need help!

I ordered a contract from P2U Direct back in October 2006 and now wish i had never bothered. They never replied to any emails i sent and calling them is just a waste of time bcoz i have never spoken to more unhelpful ppl in my life!
Having read the T&C atleast a million and one times, i sent off my bills for my 1st Cashback.. unfortunately i guess i didnt read it well enough as i received a letter from them saying that i had sent 'the invoice previous to one needed to claim'.
Iv now been doing some research and have read that alot of ppl have fallen foul of there '6months/180 days' days invoice rule!
Im a poor university student, and every penny counts. I only signed up for this contract as it was a 12 month contract with 12 months free line rental.
What can i do? Do i have any rights? Im sure i sent them the right bills. Unfortunately they sent me the letter too late and there wasnt any time to send them the 'correct' bills!
Im really stressd as if i dont get this cashback, im not eligable for any other cashbacks.

HELP...what should i do next?

hmmmm... they do offer better cashback deals than e2save, but the 180 days clause in the ts & cs does seem a little ambiguous. it would appear that they like to make people jump through hoops that are ablaze.
unsure what you can do now, short of going to their registered address and demanding to see someone.0
