  • We dont have a couple of thousand are max is 62k though i can see this getting rejected if she is set on 65k then why would she take 62k. We can only get a mortgage in my name as my parnter has bad credit history. Also for every thousand i borrow off bank its nearly double i pay back but to offer say the full asking price 5k i would have to pay like 9k back so its more than what you think. I also need a 15% deposit so for every grande i offer i have to find 150 quid now were can i get 750 in say space of a week?

From the sellers perspective you have already increased your offer a couple of times, so reasonable for them to expect you to increase it again.

Make your final offer and if its rejected move on.

The OP appears to have already made their final offer a couple of weeks ago , according to their other thread -
next day rung up offered 57500 the ea said oh but your last offer got rejected for 58k i said i know but will you tell them this is final offer. now i know there meant to pass on every offer though would they seen as it was lower than last.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
  • I know that was are final offer at time till are MIP increased now we could offer more. I know im gettin played and i know if we dont get this house i would of learnt from these mistakes. Im just so confused i hate playing games and am going on my partners dad advice. But i wanted incite from people who have bought recently as all my family havent bought since like 2000 and they keep saying its buyers market but its not. Not for our price range and what we want its slim pickings. All the other houses are going and i worry the one we like will be next and if i had asking price i would offer just to get it over and done with. Im just fed up its like im on a timeline im on maternity right now but when i go back to work il have child care which will knock my mip back down. Iv got 3 months thats it. Fed up!
